ORGANIZATION: Henry Johnson Center

  • 4 people are interested

The Henry Johnson Academy seeks mature, caring individuals who want to give back to those who are less fortunate by volunteering as a Mentor. Each year, we serve 100-125 single parents at our Second Chance High School (in collaboration with the Henry Johnson College of Arts and Sciences). We are seeking mentors who are interested in serving at our school a minimum of 8 days per school year. Our school is a Christian school with a loving and joy-filled environment. Each of our students is excited about having another chance to accomplish their dream of earning a high school diploma and a college career via our high school/college partnership program. Please contact us today if you'd like to become a Mentor or simply to learn more about our programs. Be the change that you want to see in the world!
