Volunteer opportunites include mentors needed for school based and community based mentoring program. This program matches young people with qualified, caring and trained adults.Our purpose is to empower youth to make positive life choices by modeling good behavior, values, and assists with goal setting including academic, character and leadership development. Initial training and ongoing support is provided to all volunteers. Ratio is one to one mentoring. Incentives available to community events to facilitate healthy and fun mentor/ mentee matches.

Description
Stay Focused is a nonprofit organization that functions as an outreach, community benefit organization. Reach4Greatness is a department of Stay Focused that operates a school-based and community-based mentoring program which matches a caring and qualified adult mentor to a child at risk or high risk to meet at least one hour per week for at least 12months.
