We are looking for people with superior data entry/Google search skills, attention to detail, and careful record-keeping skills.
The work can be done in SAA’s office in Van Nuys, or remotely, from your home (after a few hours of training in our office). We are a very casual (no shorts, tanks or flip-flops, but jeans are our uniform!), friendly, small (13 person) office. We have TWO microwaves, ONE refrigerator and ONE Keurig machine!
This work will be instrumental in helping SAA continue to meet the needs of those in the spondylitis community who have come to rely on us for programs and services that no one else can provide.
In June of 2019, SAA will hold an online eBay Auction. This event will help to raise much needed funds to help support SAA’s mission of supporting research, education, and awareness in the field of spondyloarthritis.
Currently, Auction Support Volunteers are needed to help procure donated items to be auctioned.
We have a list of 20,000+ potential auction donors. However, the list has not been updated in some time and is primarily geared toward hard-copy mailing. In the interest of keeping costs down, and to reflect the changing times, we would like to collect as many email addresses as possible for these potential donors.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a form of spinal arthritis which generally attacks young people in the prime of life and which can cause permanent disability in severe cases. Founded in 1983 by a group of spondylitis patients, SAA is a nonprofit volunteer health organization serving the nearly three million people who suffer from SpA.
