Do you love being around young children and families? Do you love space?

The Children's Museum of Idaho is hosting a free community event on August 19th at the Nampa Civic Center, Space Day! Various activities, special guests, all around space and innovations that came from going into space.

This is also a great opportunity for students to get their required community service work hours!

Mission Statement

To bring children, families, and the community together to engage in learning through creative play

Description

The Children’s Museum of Idaho is a place where children learn through play and exploration in environments and experiences created just for them. The interactive exhibits are designed to be manipulated by children and guided by an adult (parent, grandparent, caregiver). This hands-on approach inspires young minds to take an active role that stimulates learning and addresses the developmental needs of children.
