Come join us in a friendly office enviornment where you can help support our patients and families by helping wtih adminstrative tasks! We are looking for volunteers to assist with entering data, auditing and helping with scanning documents.

If interested, please go to our website at www.hospicecarenetwork.org, click on the volunteer section to print an application. If you would like to receive an application through email or mail, please contact us by sending an email to sallen10@northwell.edu. Please note, there is a medical requirement, background check, and orientation which all need to be completed prior to someone being a volunteer. When initially completing the application, please do not complete the medical form.

Hospice Care Network (HCN) is a nonprofit organization that serves patients and their families is Westchester, Putnam, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties in New York. We are a part of the prestigious Northwell Health. HCN utilizes an approach that cares for the total person, addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, home health aides, dieticians, pastoral care providers, bereavement counselors and trained volunteers.
