Music Committee Volunteers

M Institute for the Arts is looking for volunteers to join various committees devoted to promoting music and the arts. Volunteers must be serious about their commitment to volunteering. These committees will meet Sundays for about 40 min. and include the following opportunities:

Donations Committee:

(At least 2 Volunteers)

The Donations Committee will help pair instruments donated to M4Arts with interested individuals and businesses. The donations volunteer will track donations and leads on new donations/interested prospective recipients.

Events Committee:

(At least 6 Volunteers)

The Events Committee will work to organize events such as Wine Tastings, Fundraisers, Salon Concert Series, ect. Volunteers will help with planning, set-up and teardown of events as well as looking for corporate sponsors and occasionally soliciting for silent auction items.

*For small events, volunteers should be expected to bring at least 2 people (5 for larger events)

*Volunteers can buy tickets themselves to sell to friends or sell directly to friends

Community (Free Class) Committee

Community Class Committee volunteers will teach assistant level lessons for beginners as well as be able to host learning seminars.

Great for: College Musicians, Experienced Amateur Musicians, Seniors/Retired Musicians
