New program called Pathway To Hope involves actual case management by our social services staff with clients. As a result, we need volunteer assistance with reception duties, phone answering and interviews with utility assistance and voucher clients.
We're looking for 3 people to split the schedule and duties.
Schedule is Monday thru Friday.
1 person for phones and administrative assistance from 8 AM - 1 PM
1 person for assistance with vouchers and client needs from 8 AM - 1 PM
1 person for assistance with vouchers and client needs from 1PM - 5 PM
