Serve as an advisor to provide valuable insight, suggestions and recommendations to continuously improve the Whole Health System of Care at VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). To gather information from Veterans and family members about the health care service they receive; to be used for individual staff feedback and summative reports for executive management to inform the development of future programs. To collect, organize and assist in data preparation for analysis and distribution.
