Sham Rock N' Run 5K 2020
It takes hundreds of volunteers to make the Sham Rock N’ Run 5K run smoothly. There is a variety of ways to help as a volunteer. Volunteer opportunities include manning water stations, helping with food, cheering on the runners, handing out medals and more. Family, friends, and groups are encouraged to volunteer at this fun event.

Requirements
- Children between 10-15 yo can volunteer with a parent
- Children16 yo and over can volunteer on their own
- Must stay for the entire shift
