-Maintain student portfolios
-resume building
-find and orchestrate student opportunities
-assist with disciplinary actions
-create, assist with workshops
-learn our students, learn our culture and provide feedback as necessary for how to improve our programming or internal/external relations
and more
You do not need to take on all of the above! Be advised we require either BIPOC or beings that are fully qualified and able to serve BIPOC students as this is the majority of our demographic.

BCAI makes socially aware Arts education and an expression platform available for everyone regardless of income and background. Our target demographic is youth, yet we have circulating courses for every age. We are an all-inclusive and safe space that caters to the under-served youth of our community through programs, events and opportunities they wouldn't get normally.
