Sonoran Winds Hospice is in need of Hospice Volunteers!
Sonoran Winds Hospice honors our veterans and first responders by providing the service that these heroes deserve at end of life care. Our mission is to palliate the world, and with the help from our volunteers, we get one step closer each day.
Join us at Sonoran Winds Hospice to honor our vets by becoming a hospice volunteer . Help us praise, celebrate, and recognize our men and women who have served.
Typically, volunteer visits are about an hour in length. How you choose to fill that time is up to you!
Hospice Volunteers:
- Listen to music with patients
- Watch Netflix/Hulu (TV) with patients
- Read scripture
- Play card games
- Are a friend when a friend is needed
What matters is your presence, not the activity every volunteer brings their talents, passions and life experiences when they donate their time; making each interaction as unique as the veteran they are spending time with.

Sonoran Winds Hospice is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and our philosophy is steeped in tradition. We honor our veterans and first responders. We place great value on the sacrifices made by members of the armed forces and public servants. We pay special tribute and give thanks to each patient that has served in the military, law enforcement or firefighter agency, or other emergency medical team.
