Blessman International is looking for volunteers on Thursday,
April 23rd , 2020 at the Holiday Inn near the Des Moines
Airport.
Volunteers are needed for the following shift options
11:00 am- 3:00 pm. Prepare the banquet room for the Gala event by decorating tables,covering chairs and setting up information banners. Attire is casual, comfortable dress suitable for working indoors. Pizza will be provided for lunch
4:00 pm-11:00 pm- Set-up silent auction tables. Greet and register guests, provide event package and direct them to assigned dining table. Dress should be semi-formal. Assist attendees with bidding on silent auction items. You will be given Blessman International t-shirts. Help remove decorations and banners after event.
We will provide a dinner meal for you!

- There will be training for some of the volunteer spots but it is very basic computer website information and silent auction information. That training will be during the set volunteer time day of.
