Job Description
Coordinate /Schedule Volunteers on ongoing basis or organize single events

Keep existing volunteers informed via newsletters or other communication
Adhere to the values of the organization /conveys its purpose to others
Conduct activities to recruit volunteers.
The worker needs to be an excellent organizer with good communication skills.

His or her duties may include:
Match an interested volunteer with an opportunity that suits their skills set
Make sure individual volunteer feels comfortable with their placements and fully understand their responsibility.
Conduct interview
Make sure worker receive proper training
