We are in need of a Volunteer Grant Writer to research, identify, prepare and and develop grant proposals, in order to support our continued life saving efforts of furry friends in need. Previous experience is required, as the art of composing articulate proposals will be key in enabling our small organization to continue to make a difference with the countless animals in need.
We are a very specialized animal welfare organization being one of the few Protect the Pets organizations, so this is an extremely important work at your own pace position that we greatly need in order to continue our rehabilitation efforts at the Head Butt Hotel.

The Head Butt Hotel is a 501c3 No-Kill nonprofit charity, dedicated to providing rehabilitation and residency; where each animal is treated as if they were our only pet. We are proud to be South Carolina's premier Protect the Pets rescue organization, mandating responsible vaccination protocols. Our only objective is to ensure the optimal health and wellness of our residents, to guarantee they live out their best lives ever, and to educate others to do the same.
Description
As South Carolina's premiere Protect the Pets rescue, the #1 objective of our organization, staffed entirely by volunteers, utilizes social media channels and the corporation’s website, to provide educational support to pet owners, vets, and other rescues alike, to mandate responsible vaccination protocols and ensure the health and welfare of pets nationwide, in an effort to reduce the 50% and rising cancer rates due to irresponsible vaccination protocols thru unnecessary and blindly administered vaccinations, while ensuring public safety.
