Grace Hospice has been developed through a partnership with Augustana Care and Mount Olivet Careview home. These organizations have a long history of quality care, have rich blessings of volunteers, and provide service to those in physical, emotional, or spiritual need
Fostering peace and grace, we emotionally and spiritually support the patient and their loved ones. We work as an interdisciplinary team and encircle patients with comfort, honesty, and respect for their decisions.
Our mission is to serve God by recognizing that every person deserves to live out his or her life with respect and dignity, free of pain, and in an environment that promotes quality of life.
We serve the metro Twin Cities and surrounding areas and meet patients wherever they call home.
We need:
Pet Therapy volunteers! Bring your furry friends and visit our wonderful patients in their homes and/or assisted living facilities.
1-4x/month, you and your pet will have the opportunity to bring a smile to our patient's faces through 1:1 visits.
