This is a very rewarding opportunity to help immigrants and refuges with low level English. The students are awesome! They are between level 1-6, so you don't need to be a perfect English speaker, but you need to be able to use the past correctly. The low levels need help with literacy ( spelling and very simple sentences) the higher levels need help with pronunciation and speaking

Mon, Tue, Wed, Th, Fr, 9:00 am-10:30am and /or 10:45am-11:45am. There is also an afternoon class: 1:00pm-2:15
There are between 5 and 15 students in a class

You will help the slower students with any problems. Talk to students one on one, or in small groups. Walk around the class and help students who need it. Hand out copies. Help them complete English tasks.

You can help students by:
* Speaking slowly and clearly
* Coming regularly= This is essential, 1 day a week for 1:1/2 hours or more. (We have holidays too, and missing a few days is fine).
*You don't have to commit for more than 2 months

Ukrainian speakers are very helpful
Students range in age from 17-55

We are working in the classroom with students. They are not required to wear masks. (Not suitable for immune vulnerable)
