So Many Angels formed in late 2017 in Delaware, where a minimum of one board member is required. The founder moved to Pittsburgh in late 2018, and we are looking to plant roots here in Pittsburgh and get up and running like we haven't before! We already have our 501(c)(3) designation, and we're looking to create an exceptional Board of Directors that will be able to help guide us through the start-up process, starting with re-writing our by-laws. We are dedicated to ensuring that we recruit the board members we need to ensure maximum impact. So Many Angels will strive to support and promote excellence in board service as we are looking to become a premier service provider for the families we serve.

The Board of Directors will be comprised of leaders from the non-profit and for-profit sector who are dedicated to the organization’s mission.
Board members will champion the importance of exceptional board leadership and we believe that each and every organization needs a strong and effective board to fully realize its potential for good. In addition to the standard roles and responsibilities of a board member, our board members are expected to be active advocates and ambassadors for the organization and will be fully engaged in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary for So Many Angels to advance its mission.
