The volunteer in this position is responsible for overseeing "The Volunteer Experience" for those serving in the disaster program. They are responsible for monitoring Disaster Cycle Services in each chapter for volunteer satisfaction, provide coaching and direction and help problem solve engagement challenges. The goal is to ensure each volunteer’s voice is heard and is regularly communicated with by their chapter representative.
Zero to little experience, not to worry! We will start slow and provide you with plenty of training.
