We need a book keeper that can work with our board chairman (who is a CFO at a university) to clean up and create and maintain strong financial accounting and process; but also cares about the work of helping people heal from the trauma they have experienced.
A short description of whats needed
- is moving back to QBO (quick books Online),
- repairing the opening entries from the QBO to DT move
- reconciling balance sheet accounts (currently only checking accounts are reconciled)
- organizing AR/AP schedules into QBO,
- paying AP's
- Creating monthly, quarterly and actual to date financial reports for the leadership team and board
- some liability re-categorization, etc.
- clean up the chart of accounts heavily
- heavily revise the class tracking structure as it is redundant compared to the item list.

It is a place to understand, a place of acceptance, a place to remember, a place to memorialize; a place to forgive, a place to release labels and disappointments, a place to reclaim, a place to meditate, be still, pray; a place of resolution; a place of new beginnings.
