Tulare County Library will host Tulare County Library 2022 Book Festival at Visalia Branch Library on Saturday, November 5, 2022. We will have exhibitors, programs and events throughout the day. We are looking for volunteers to make a difference at this year's Tulare County Library Book Festival for our community by helping to setup and assist throughout the day.
Tulare County Library adheres to CDC social distancing guidelines.
