Mission Statement

I am the Volunteer Coordinator for City of Medford Dept. of Parks and Recreation. We are seeking volunteers to assist us in maintaining safe and wholesome City Park facilities by participating in scheduled cleanups of Medford Community and Neighborhood Parks and surrounding areas. Applications may be submitted through our website www.playmedford.com

Description

Medford Parks and Recreation has a lengthy history of providing quality recreational facilities for the residents of the City of Medford, Rogue Valley, and visitors. We have recently completed a Community Playground replacement at Bear Creek Park which is one of the largest and most modern in the Pacific Northwest. We have other Park construction and revitalization projects planned for the near future, for which we need additional volunteers. We take pride in the fact that our Park playgrounds are safe and well-maintained, as well as being ADA compliant.
