Day Before: Set Up, roughly 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Move Table + Chairs into place
Set Up Auction Items, Bid Sheets, etc.
Display signage around the hangar as well as on the grounds
Registration/Check In Desk: Install computers, payment software, printers, etc.
Place Linens and Napkins at each place setting
Pick up last minute auction items, donations
Day Of: One Hour Prior/During Event, 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sell raffle tickets
Display additional items - programs, desserts, auction items
Pick up trash/take out trash to nearby receptacles
Assist catering staff with any needs
Bartend
Day Of: After the Event, 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Take out trash
Fold Up all Tables and Chairs
Gather all Linens and Napkins
Gather Décor
Pack up Registration/Check In desk items

Provide early education and therapy services for children who have special needs as well as early education for children who have typical needs, in a fully inclusive classroom environment in order for everyone to reach their full potential.
Description
Northland Early Education Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides life-changing services to children with special needs and typical needs in the Kansas City area. These services include before & after school, early education, preschool, and therapy services. Services are available to children ages birth to through fifth grade. More than 300 children receive these services annually.
Founded in 1981, Northland Early Education Center has continuously grown and expanded to meet the growing need in our community for services to help children with special needs. We are licensed by the State of Missouri as an early childcare center and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
