Office Volunteers are responsible for greeting and providing information to clients, donors, volunteers. They help make visitors feel valued during their visits.

Greet, welcome, and direct visitors.
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring that guests are given a quality experience at Red Cross
facilities
Answer office telephone, providing information and/or forwarding calls to appropriate staff.
Receive and process mail and deliver packages as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks.

Time Commitment: Volunteers typically serve one 4-hour shifts during the 8 hour work day.

Qualifications: This position is best suited for someone who:
Enjoys meeting new people and interacting with others.
Is Bilingual (Spanish & English speaking).
Possesses excellent customer service skills.
Is organized and comfortable multi-tasking.

Training: Approximately one week of training will be provided on how to direct and provide information to clients and guests.
