Volunteer at the DC Independent Film Festival March 2020!

The next edition of the festival runs from March 4-8, 2020. We are looking for stellar volunteers to help with ballots, collecting tickets, team support, helping out visiting filmmakers and more. No experience necessary, but enthusiasm for indie film and a pleasant personality are musts. All the screening locations are located in downtown DC. Visit www.dciff-indie.orgf or more info about the festival.

Volunteers must be able to commit to at least 2 shifts during this period (each shift runs ~ 5-6 hours). In exchange, you will receive a ticket for one film/seminar for each shift you work, can attend the opening and closing parties, and get a free t-shirt. You are also required to attend a 1-hour orientation prior to the festival which will be held on either Saturday February 15th at Shaw Public Library in DC from 3pm to 4pm (Conference Room 1) or Saturday February 28th at Cleveland Park Public Library (Second Floor Conference Room) from 10-11am.

Does this sound like you? Please email BOTH Leila Schorno at leilaschorno@gmail.com AND dcindiefilmfest@gmail.com

Many thanks, DCIFF!
