Food bank pickup driver needed in Crowley/Forest Hill!

Did you know that 49% of our participants spend less than $125/month on groceries and that 76% of all participants receive food bank groceries at their center on a monthly basis? Volunteer this Thursday to make a difference in the lives of others!
The Forest Hill Activity and Wellness Center is in need of a weekly food bank driver to pick up donated food (such as breads and meats) from the Crowley Activity and Wellness Center (900 E. Glendale Street, Crowley, TX 76036) this Thursday morning and then transport and unload the food bank items to the Forest Hill center located at 7004 Forest Hill Drive, Forest Hill, TX 76140. Volunteers will need to use their own vehicle (a truck is recommended, but not required), lift up to 40 pounds, and will need to be able to walk.
