Transition House is a non-profit organization in Santa Barbara, California, dedicated to the solution of family homelessness. Transition House offers a comprehensive three-stage housing program that aims at helping families develop life skills and sound decision making practices, aimed at alleviating their poverty through strong family-centered support services and rigorous case management.

We are seeking a volunteer who can assist with American Sign Language interpretation. The volunteer interpreter would be working with the case manager and the clients together to tackle issues such as employment, financial planning, childcare, and a housing plan. The volunteer hours would take place few hours per per week for an estimated period of four months.
