February is Heart Month!
We are looking for some great volunteers to help us make the 2020 Luncheon a great success.
- Set-up: Are you an early-bird? (7:00am - 11:00 am): We are in need of volunteers that can help us to set up our areas; registration, silent auction, items on tables at each place-setting, signage, etc.
10 Volunteers - Registration (10:00 am - 12:30 pm): Help us check in our guests with a friendly, welcoming smile and a little direction. Computer comfort is a must (very simple to use software, quick training that morning).
8 volunteers - Silent Auction (10:00 am - 2:00 pm): Raising funds the fun way, while raising awareness. Come to help with our silent auction area! Monitor bids and items as participants bid in hopes to take home some beautiful packages. Help organize items in the morning, monitor and close out.
8 Volunteers. - Spotters for "Open Your Heart" (11:30 am - 2:00 pm): Collect donation envelopes and pass out fun swag to our donors. Assist during our mission moment envelope collection.
25 Volunteers.
Clean up (1:30 pm - 3:30 pm): Pack up all supplies, signs, etc. that need to go back to the AHA offices.
**Come early and spend the day helping with different areas or let us know the hours & assignment you are available for and interested in.
