The North American Rescue Collective is seeking a positive, qualified Treasurer to fill the spot on our Board of Directors. The Treasurer of the Board of Directors serves as the chief financial manager for the organization. In general, the Treasurer should be able to fulfill the following responsibility:
1. Financial Management: work with the Board of Directors to ensure financial stability and compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, and bylaws.
Being a dog-lover is also a must :)

Mission Statement
Through partnering with shelters in the Midwest region, we strive to aid in the implementation of sustainable programs that address the issues of canine overpopulation, abuse, and neglect. In addition, these programs should promote responsible pet parenthood and encourage community-wide solutions. Further, we help our shelter partners through pulling individual dogs and placing them in foster homes throughout Ohio before ensuring that they are adopted to great homes.

Founded in autumn 2017, The North American Rescue Collective (NOARC) aims to help communities develop self-sustainable and supportive programs that protect canines and encourage responsible, positive pet parenthood.
