Starfish Family Services is looking for volunteers to join our child team!
Through a Program called, Starfish University, we are able to provide parents with a range of classes, supports, conferences and events that will build confidence, knowledge, skills, and resources to get past barriers and support their children.
As a child team member, you will: provide child care and activities for infants and toddlers while their parents/families undergo trainings and classes to promote personal growth.
Volunteers are needed to help in various different imes/dates. If you're interested please inquire at, kvowles@sfish.org

Description
At Starfish Family Services, our goal is to invest in children and their families through our early childhood programs, continue that investment through our school-aged and adolescent programs and strengthen the family environment through our adult programs. Our intervention programs, which provide respite care, mental health counseling, and crisis management, are used with those families, where necessary, to protect the investment that is being made in their children. The overall goal is to create a nurturing, successful family environment where children have the skills later in life to become good parents and successful members of their communities.
