ORGANIZATION: Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

Join us in 7th & 8th grade classrooms in Westfield! This is a one day event and all volunteers are trained ahead of time on the activities. You will play games and lead activities with the students that help them think about their future career and managing their money. Sign up and make a difference today!

7th grade program, It's My Future: offers practical information about preparing for the working world; students explore potential careers, discover the four factors to consider in choosing a career, and recognize basic job-hunting tools.

8th grade program, Economics for Success: gives students info needed to build strong personal finances, a cornerstone to a happy, secure life; students learn the importance of exploring career options based on their skills, interests, and values and about spending money within a budget; saving and investing wisely; and using credit cautiously.
