No matter what your ability is, our volunteers are OUR heroes! This 5K will "pack a punch" in fun and we would love you to join in. We welcome everyone of all abilities to join forces and see what you can do.
No job is too small at our event and no volunteer is left behind. Every job is necessary and needs someone like you to make it happen!
Once we have our list of volunteers, we will send out a task assignment sheet so you may find something at the event you'd like to do. Emails will go out the week of September 1st.

Mission Statement
Triumph Foundation’s mission is to help children, adults, and Veterans with spinal cord injury/disorder to triumph over their disability and to inspire them to keep moving forward with their lives by pushing themselves to get better every day.
Description
We are looking for individuals, families, and groups who have an interest in engaging with people struggling with physical limitations and disabilities who are trying to rebuild their lives after life-changing injuries and diagnosis. Volunteers assist in supporting events, office functions, outreach assembly, and engagement with community members.

REQUIREMENTS
- The event is only FIVE hours. To ensure success, we ask that volunteers commit to enough time to complete their task. Tasks include event set-up, water station, hill/course helpers, medal distributors, timers, registration, etc.
