Hong Kong Association of Washington Foundation hosted the 2019 CNY Gala on 2/2/19 (Sat) at Sheraton Seattle Hotel Grand Ballroom. This fundraising event benefiting the Tateuchi Center in Bellevue. The event is going to serve for 700+ guests.
The volunteers will be teamed in three groups; Auction Team, Registration Team and Event Planning Assistant/set up and cleaning Team.
The volunteers required to attend one the orientation which will be held;
1. 1/13/19 at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in Bellevue Library or
2. 1/20/19 with same time in Bellevue Hyatt
If you join the Registration Team, you will get the training of the Fundraising system.
