Help HAVEN collect donations of non-perishable food to support both our shelter and non-residential clients in need of short term food assistance. Volunteers will pass out flyers at the front door, collect donations at the exit, pack donation’s into HAVEN's van, and help unload donations at HAVEN. Volunteer shifts will begin at the Kroger located at 33523 8 Mile Rd. Livonia 48152. At the end of the shift, volunteers who are willing may drive to HAVEN at 801 Vanguard Dr, Pontiac, MI 48341 to help unload donations.

Description
As Oakland County’s only comprehensive program for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, HAVEN provides shelter, counseling, advocacy and educational programming to nearly 20,000 people each year.

- We have split the day into two shifts 12:00pm-3:30pm and 3:00pm-6:30pm. Please email aprussing@haven-oakland.org to choose your shift preference. Volunteers are also welcome to stay for the full day.
