Fighting To Be Heard Mentoring Program:
The DFGOYC Youth Mentor Program matches elementary, middle, and high school students in one-to-one relationships during the school year. Through these relationships, as well as recreational and group activities, our matches share friendship, support, and fun. Mentors and mentees get together at least a minimum of 10 hours a month where our mentors provide support to your son or daughter.
Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center is a non-profit 501(c)3 youth organization that provides programs and services towards youth to promote community empowerment. For more than 8 years, Destined for Greatness has been dedicated to developing today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders. We are dedicated to close the achievement gap and advance academic and development of our youth.
All parents are asked to fill out the mentee online application via the website at www.dfgyouth.org, and one of our staff members will contact you to set up an appointment. This is a FREE program!!!

Description
Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center, Inc. (DFGOYC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization developed as a solution to the need for youth empowerment programs within the Greater Atlanta area. Founded in June 2010, DFGOYC provides mentoring programs and the necessary tools to assist the next generation with a place of safety to build character and development goals. DFGOYC programs and services are directed toward at-risk, drop-out and non-at-risk youth to promote community empowerment, personal and professional development and social independence.
DFGOYC provides mentoring, after school tutorial and study, trade school, work study, youth fitness, sports, and music programs for elementary, middle and high school youth (ages 8-21) in the Metro Atlanta area.
