Greetings!
Seasons Hospice is looking for a office assistance for our Glendale office. This individual will be responsible for in office with administrative assistant duties. This includes managing medical records, answering incoming phone calls, filing and organizing, assisting office and field staff with clerical duties, manage medical supplies. Assist in all departments when necessary.
This position will be ideal for those who are in school or have experience in the following: healthcare administration, administrative assistance, office manager, management, healthcare management, nursing, patient secretary, medical assistant, medical administrative assistant, etc.
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills
-Must have a cleared background check
-Must have some experience or in school in related field

Hospice Volunteer Training is a program where we select qualified persons who can fit well with patients who have a terminal illness through several organizations. We match volunteers to Hospices where they will excel the most. We offer training and orientation, continued education for all volunteers, certificates of completion and excellence. Whether volunteers are students trying to gain experience or if you just want to give back to the community. We hope that we find individuals who can successfully achieve their goals and provide helpful assistance to Hospice organizations within the Los Angeles County.
Description
Hospice volunteers provide companionship to people living with a serious illness and help their families caregivers in a variety of ways. Hospice also rely on volunteers to help with office work, fund raising, community outreach and other operational areas.
