The 2020 Food and Wine Festival has been completely reimagined into a three day celebration of food, wine, and the beauty of spring during Dallas Blooms. We are looking for over 100 volunteers to fill many different positions during this popular event. From Chef Assistant to Wine Pourer, if you are great at talking to people, then this volunteer opportunity is for you! Your shift time will vary depending on the position you choose. The mission of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is to build and maintain a public garden and arboretum which promotes the art, enjoyment, and knowledge of horticulture, while providing opportunities for education and research.
Description
Volunteering at the Arboretum provides a wonderful opportunity to be a part of the beauty of our 66 acres, providing a welcoming and informational atmosphere to our hundreds of thousands of visitors 362 days a year from 9am to 5pm.
Whether in direct contact with visitors or working behind the scenes with our horticultural or office staff members, you can contribute to our success in providing festivals, events, educational programs, activities, and beauty to local, national, and international visitors of all ages. Come visit with our volunteer management staff about the numerous opportunities available.
