At Options for Women It is our passion to share the message that every unborn child has been created with great intention and bring hope to those experiencing fear and despair during an unplanned pregnancy.

On October 11, 2019, Options for Women will hold our annual fundraising event to help raise critical funds for our pregnancy center. We are looking for a few good men/women to help make this year our best.

2019 marks our 35th Anniversary so this is not only our signature event of the year but a very special event indeed!

Opportunities Include:

Decorations:
Chair Person and a Co-Chair Person
Do you have the gift of being creative and are you naturally artsy? We need YOU! We need a small team (can be couple or family) to come up with 35-40 centerpieces ideas with a small but attainable budget.
Must be available to volunteer for set-up the day/evening of event.

Fundraising:
This year we will have a silent auction and possibly a raffle. The role of the fundraising committee will include going out into the community to secure gift certificates. Most will have already received a letter or solicitation. This role will also entail setting up and organization the silent auction and encourage guests to bid during the event.
Must be available to volunteer the evening of the event.

Selfie Station Attendant:
The selfie station attendant will help create the theme, back-drop and props for this fun and exciting opportunity for guests to take pictures. YOU will engage and encourage guests by taking their photo using their smart phones.
Must be available to volunteer the evening of the event.

Social Media Intern
Help! We need a Twitter genius to help raise awareness in the community!!
Not required to attend event.

All volunteers will report to the Director of Development.
