Looking for a way for your family to give back to the community? Look no further! Homestead Hospice has rewarding volunteer opportunities for the whole family. Kids aged 10 and up can visit seniors in their nursing homes and read to them or play games with them! Teens can visit seniors as well and if they're aged 16 they can volunteer in our office! Great experience for college applications and resumes.

Homestead Hospice care is specialized in providing support to patients and their loved ones during the final phase of a terminal illness. Hospice care focuses on comfort and quality of life, rather than a cure. The purpose of hospice care is neither to end nor prolong life, but rather to relieve the pain and discomfort of symptoms and give support to patients and their families during "Lifes most important journey"
