Hello Community, We here at Hometown Hospice & Homecare is having a "Yarn Donation Drive." If you feel the urge to give, give cheerfully. Your yarn will be used to crochet beauiful Spring 2019 prayer shawls for our hospice patients. We ask our community to get involved so that our patients know that there are people, that are there for them in spirit that would like to make their road to transitioning more fuzzier.
