Sonoran Winds Hospice is looking for passionate volunteers who would like to assist us with the Veterans History Project (VHP). "The Veterans History Project of the American Folklife Center collects, preserves, and makes accessible the personal accounts of American war veterans so that future generations may hear directly from veterans and better understand the realities of war" (excerpt from the Veterans History Project Website).

Sonoran Winds Hospice is looking for volunteers who would be willing to conduct interviews of our veterans to archive/create a legacy of their service.

We place great value on the sacrifices made by members of the armed forces and public servants. We pay special tribute and give thanks to each patient that has served in the military, law enforcement or firefighter agency, or other emergency medical team.
