4-H Leaders and Volunteers Needed! 4-H is a unique youth development program that teaches life-skills through experiential learning. Volunteers educate in a "learning by doing" format by teaching with hands-on learning techniques. Rochester's youth are in need of more positive adult relationships! How can you help? It's easy - Just tell us what you're passionate about and we'll find kids that want to learn about that too!
How can you get involved?
- Leading a 4-H club
- Helping out with 4-H activities in a classroom
- Teaching a topic you know a lot about - once or regularly
- 100% YOUR CHOICE!
- Once a month, once a week, bi-weekly, etc.
- Our 4-H office will provide training, tools, and support!
- Animals (Dogs, Cats, Horses, Rabbits, etc.)
- Astronomy
- Automotive Skills
- Cosmetology
- Fashion
- Finance
- Gardening
- Nutrition
