Homestead Hospice is a partner of We Honor Veterans at a level 4 participation. We are looking for volunteers with a military background or a passion to help veterans join our team to help us spread awareness about Veterans Affairs and ensure more veterans are well cared for. We want this team to strengthen bonds with affiliated organizations like the VA, VFWs and American Legions.
Join us in making life better for our Veterans!
There is a brief process to begin including an orientation about hospice provided at the convenience of the volunteer. Medicare needs volunteers to have a tuberculosis skin test and drug screen, if volunteers don't have these they can obtain it free of charge and at the convenience of the volunteer by Homestead Hospice.
Minors must be accompanied by their guardian
