Kenneth Young Center provides community mental health and senior services to the northwest suburbs. Clients and their families come to us in some of their most desperate moments, and we help by providing: Service coordination and in-home services for frail elderly persons. Counseling for adults, children, families. Assessment, stabilization, linkage for adults/children in psychiatric crisis. Treatment, support, and recovery services for those with serious mental illness. Volunteer opportunities. As a MONEY MANAGEMENT Volunteer, you will assist a senior client with basic budgeting, check-writing or other financial tasks. Help is needed in Elk Grove and Schaumburg Township areas.

Description

Behavioral health and older adult services serving Elk Grove and Schaumburg Townships and the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. For almost 50 years, we have served the most vulnerable populations. We provide counseling, intervention and family support services.
