ORGANIZATION: Heart To Heart Hospice

Grant County, INDIANA - Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for compassionate individuals to spend time with our patients. Volunteers can provide caregiver relief by sitting with a home patient for 1-3 hours so the patient's caregiver can take a break to run errands.

Heart to Heart Hospice does require (and pay for) a TB test and background check, followed by a thorough orientation process to help you understand our mission as well as your role in the hospice care team. Then, we match our volunteers with patients near to them and set up visits between 1-4 times a month, depending on their needs and the volunteer’s availability.
