If you love talking with people and sharing information about our great City of Glendale, this could be the volunteer position for you! The Glendale Visitor Center, located within the new offices of the Convention & Visitors Bureau at Westgate, has several volunteer positions open for individuals interested in donating their time in the tourism industry. You will assist visitors by welcoming them and providing information about what to do and see in Glendale.

TThe Glendale Convention & Visitors Bureau opened the Glendale Visitor Center on Oct. 30, 2000. Since opening, we have assisted more than 56,000 visitors from 45 countries with information about Glendale’s shopping, dining opportunities, accommodations, attractions, special events and also other destinations and day trips in Arizona.

Boasting a countless collection of free local, regional and statewide maps, brochures and travel information, the Glendale Visitor Center is the first place to start your Glendale journey.

Our helpful travel counselors can assist with accommodations and directions. The Glendale Visitor Center is an official State of Arizona Local Visitor Information Center. Hundreds of brochures are on display covering the state’s attractions.he Glendale Visitor Center provides visitors with information about what to see and do in Glendale.

  • Must be at least 18
  • One or more days each week (Monday - Friday) for a 4 hour shift, either mornings (9:00am-1:00pm) or afternoons (1:00pm-5:00pm) Our highest need is Tuesdays and Thursdays.
