The Easter Eggstravaganza is an annual event in the Town of Mooresville that allows families to enjoy a FREE Easter event. With 4 different age groups and over 20,000 eggs filled with candy and prizes, we strive to provide a great time for all. This FREE event includes many sponsors and vendors to discover and to win prizes with, attractions for all ages and fun levels, meeting the Easter Bunny, and food(for a small fee). We provide volunteers to help in multiple areas of the event:
* Set-up of vendor and sponsor booths
* Parking attendants
* Placement of yard signs, directional signs, and cones
* Set-up of event attractions
* manning event attractions - crowd control
* Hanging out with the Easter Bunny
* Enjoying the Easter Egg Dash for each age group by helping to lay eggs across the fields
* Helping to guide participants to their start line, and hold them until time to dash!
* Maintaining a clean environment for all attendees of the event
* Be an encourager of FUN!
There are always other things we come up with during the event that many people can participate in as well.

The Mooresville Volunteer Program is designed to coordinate and manage town wide volunteer efforts to enhance the community in which you live. The program addresses community service needs, while placing special emphasis on the Town’s program objectives.
The is designed to effectively match individuals and other interested parties in providing volunteer services to Town Departments that have exciting and positive volunteer opportunities.

- Orientation or Training
- This event is 3 hours long. We would like for volunteers to arrive at least 1 hour before the event and be willing to stay 1 hour after the event. Not Required to stay, but is most helpful.
- Must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult. Please fill out our Volunteer application on our website listed on our profile. If you are a large group, we have one day waivers. For questions please email nsloop@mooresvillenc.gov
