The Honoring Veterans Volunteer Program - Pathways offers many ways that community members can honor the service of our veterans at the end of life. We work with community veterans who serve in two ways through this important program:

  • Veteran Companionship Volunteer - special training is provided to all volunteers who work directly with veteran patients and families on the unique needs of our military service men and women. Special care is given to assign veteran volunteers to serve veteran patients as this relationship can create a special bond.
  • Recognition Team - Pathways wants to ensure that our veterans get the recognition that they deserve for their service to our country. Towards this goal, the Recognition Team will distribute certificates to all current veteran patient.
Opportunities exist in both Larimer and Weld counties.
