Our Grand Rapids Senior Outreach Behavioral Health Program needs volunteers to be able to make presentations about our therapy services and how to recognize mental health symptoms in seniors.
This is a flexible opportunity where dates can be set up by the volunteers who would coordinate with potential referral sources and/or senior oriented groups. Easterseals staff would provide training and guidance regarding the content (mental health needs of seniors) of the presentation and how to access services.
If you are friendly, outgoing and passionate about helping people struggling with mental illness or behavior challenges we would love to hear from you.
