Are you passionate about the fight against Alzheimer’s? Do you want to get more involved with the Alzheimer’s Association and Walk to End Alzheimer’s? Join the Moline Walk Planning Committee and help shape the movement to end this disease.

Committee members are the heart of the event, planning everything from the kick-off to the wrap-up. Some members focus on growing the event by recruiting teams and sponsors, others coordinate logistics, and some work on promoting the event in the community. There's a role for everyone!

Formed in 1980, the Alzheimer's Association advances research to end Alzheimer's and dementia while enhancing care for those living with the disease.

Description

The Alzheimer’s Association is the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. The Iowa Chapter provides vital services, education, and support to people living with Alzheimer's, family members affected and caregivers affected by Alzheimer's. We serve those affected by providing these services in 75 Iowa and 5 Illinois counties. Offices are located in: Burlington, Dubuque, Fort Dodge, Quad Cities, Sioux City and West Des Moines (chapter headquarters). Our 24/7 Helpline is available by calling us at 1.800.272.3900.
