The Navigation Center opened to provide winter shelter and services to those who were living at the Franklin/Hiawatha encampment. This center provides shelter for up to 120 adults without children, and provides on-site housing assistance, medical care, case management, and basic needs. The Navigation Center opened on December 10, 2018, and is scheduled to close no later than May 31, 2019.
Goal of Position
